Cize is so much fun! When I do it I feel like I'm a backup dancer in a music video (or Beyonce...whatever...LOL). Then I watch the video and semi-cringe at myself! But guess what? It doesn't matter! I'm having so much fun and sweating and burning calories!
Cize is a great program if you:
*Dread going to the gym
*Have about 30-45 minutes a day to workout
*Don't want to use weights
